Call for Nominations: SMPS Utah 2027 Board of Directors
The SMPS Utah Chapter is now accepting nominations to serve on our 2027 Board of Directors and encourages members interested in serving the chapter to participate in the process. The board will help steer the future of the SMPS Utah Chapter and lead the society in fulfilling its mission to advocate for, educate, and connect leaders in the building industry.
The positions available are:
- President-Elect (3-year commitment)
- Secretary (2-year commitment)
- Director of Programs (2-year commitment)
- Director of Membership (2-year commitment)
- Director of Communication (2-year commitment)
- Special Committee Chair (2-year commitment)

Members may self-nominate, nominate another eligible member, or submit a petition nomination in accordance with Chapter bylaws and applicable deadlines.
To be considered for service on our Board of Directors, please provide:
- Nominee's personal data (Name, Title, Company, Contact Info)
- Verification of eligibility
- A statement outlining the candidate's views on current chapter issues and special areas of interest
