Katie is the owner of Katie L Smith & Company, a social media consulting business based in Holland, Michigan where they specialize in writing custom social media strategies, analyzing, and managing companies’ social media accounts. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business, and an MBA in global business.
