Like each of you, the SMPS Utah team has been hard at work adjusting to our collective new normal. With our current work-from-home model in mind, we are excited to bring to you a new educational series we are calling "Wisdom Wednesdays." During these one-hour, members-only, morning webinars, we will work to provide relevant content helpful to today's version of AEC marketing.

Here is info about our second webinar session, focused on maintaining momentum, engagement, and culture in your companies. Stay tuned for more Wisdom Wednesday events to come!

Maintaining Momentum, Engagement & Culture with Your Remote Team

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has prompted many companies to implement remote working policies – some for the first time at such a large scale. As firm leaders work hard to ensure operations continue running as smoothly as possible, they are also challenged with keeping their team focused, engaged and connected to the company culture. The importance of communication simply cannot be overstated in preventing a workforce that’s physically remote from becoming one that’s emotionally remote as well.

Watch this on-demand webinar where we address some of the biggest communication challenges that businesses face when working remotely. You’ll walk away with practical tips to maximize virtual communication, including:

  • Setting goals and expectations for remote staff
  • Effectively collaborating without the “face-to-face”
  • Running a great virtual meeting
  • Virtual communication tools and best practices

A calendar invitation with GoTo Meeting login access will be shared with all registered attendees one day before the webinar event. The invitation will come from Nicole Marshall, our Education Committee Chair.
